Directions

Place a large pot over medium heat. Heat in it the oil. Cook in it the mirepoix for 4 min.

Stir in the mushroom with garlic. Cook them for 3 min. Add the tomato and cook them for 9 min.

Stir in the stock. Lower the heat then let them cook for 22 min.

Add the thyme with spaghetti squash, a pinch of salt and pepper. Let them cook for 6 min.
